What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Oil and Balm offers shipping from Royal Mail which will include a Tracking Code. This is available for UK and Europe only ( Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Spain, Denmark and Sweden.

The Tracking Code is only available through email upon request so please submit your email at the check out stage of your purchase. We will then forward you the tracking code once the purchase has been processed.

 

 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of the order being received. 

All orders will be received within 3-5 days in the UK and within 7 days in Europe.

Please read the shipping details at the bottom of each product page to confirm the shipping information. Some manufacturers will be required to send out orders directly from their warehouse during busy periods which may result in longer delivery times.

You will be made fully aware of all shipping information prior to purchase to ensure you are 100% happy with your order and shipping details before processing the sale.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Only on certain products that we have a relationship with the manufacturer who also have warehouses outside of the UK. Each product description will inform you of which shipping areas are available for that product.

Due to the popularity of this range, we do have to sometimes dispatch orders directly from the manufacturer to improve our shipping times.

When you are at the Check out page, the fastest shipping time available due to stock levels will be displayed and you will have the option to either purchase or not. We aim to have all deliveries to you within 3 -5 working days but during busy periods this is not always achievable.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Oil and Balm accept Pay Pal and all major credit and debit cards.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Once you have decided on what items you wish to purchase, simply click on the Add To My Cart button which will add your items to your cart.

You can then click on and view you cart at the top right hand side of the page which will display the number of items and cost of the items in the basket. You can also click on View Cart underneath any items added to your basket.

Once in your basket, simply check the items and click on the Proceed To Checkout Button which will take you through to the checkout and payment area.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to make any purchases. At the checkout stages you will be asked if you wish to proceed without and account or if you would like to create an account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you have added a product to the cart and not paid at the checkout for the item, then simply delete the item from your cart using the x at the end of the cart to delete the item.

If you have already paid for the item and have received a Thank You for Your Purchase email, then please contact Oil and Balm immediately at customerservice@oilandbalm.com

If the item has not yet been dispatched, then the item can be cancelled and a refund can be made.

If the item has been paid for and dispatched, Please return the product to us within 30 days for a full refund minus any shipping costs. Please note that the item(s) must be in the same condition as when it was dispatched.

How Do I Track My Order?

Upon completing your order, you will receive a Thank You For Your Order email at the email address provided at checkout.

Simply reply to this email and ask for the Tracking Code and will will send you the details. This can then be added to the tracking bar at the top of the site for delivery updates.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) to the address below and we will refund any balance into your account.

Please ensure that all items returned are in the same order as when received. If for any reason, the item(s) are returned to us damaged, we will only be able to partially refund the money depending on the extent of the damage.
